Information We Collect –
We will keep you information whilst you are a member, we may also keep stats on players and/or publicise historic data for an unlimited length of time or until you request us not to or as we are legally required.
In order to provide our service, we capture such data as:
• name / date of birth
• contact details, address, including email address
• Player profile
What we do with your information
All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by our volunteers in the UK and third parties we deem acceptable ie platform provides and club affiliations i.e RFU. We may share your data where we have a legal obligation to do so. Please be aware that your information may be stored on a cloud-based system whose servers are located within the European Union.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.
How long will we keep it?
We will generally keep your data for a minimum of six years from (when the date you were last a member) after which time it will be destroyed unless we have a legal or regulatory obligation to retain it for longer. If you consent to marketing, any data we use solely for this purpose will be kept until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information.
